• Key Functions & Working Principle

1.Pressure Generation: The pump’s rotating cylinder block (fitted with pistons) draws hydraulic oil from the reservoir. As the swashplate tilts, pistons reciprocate to compress oil, generating high pressure (up to 35 MPa) for the hydraulic system.

2.Flow Regulation: The swashplate angle adjusts automatically (via a pressure-compensated valve) to vary oil flow. For light loads (e.g., slow bucket movement), the angle shrinks to reduce flow (saving fuel); for heavy loads (e.g., lifting heavy materials), the angle widens to boost flow (maximizing power).

3.System Protection: Integrates a built-in pressure relief valve that diverts excess oil back to the reservoir if pressure exceeds 40 MPa—preventing damage to hoses, cylinders, or valves.
